Oti Pizza + Sandwiches is a pizza by the slice place near Wynyard station. They also have bottled Italian drinks, coca-cola, and sandwiches. You can dine inside on a small couch or outside on tables.
Oti Pizza is really quite a small place, but there’s a padded indoor seating area. Most people are getting takeaway anyway, so even during busy periods you can sometimes find a seat. Don’t expect to lounge about though.

They close early at 5:30 Monday to Wednesday, but on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays they’re open late until 10:30PM, making it a solid spot for a late-night slice after a round of drinks.
Their Pizza is good–but since it’s a bit healthier feeling than say, Pizza Hut or Dominoes, fans of those pizza places might be disappointed. I really think what is happening is that Pizza Hut has more oil in the dough. Anyway, I particularly liked a vegetarian one with mushrooms, but on the day of this review I got a Margherita since the mushroom was already sold out.
Thick, square, Roman-style slices — not delicate, but packed with toppings and cheese. By American standards, toppings are not overwhelming, but compared to what I had in Italy, they’re pretty generously applied.

There are no water cups, no cups of ice for drinks — they sell Coca-Cola, San Pellegrino, and more — so don’t expect even some of the basics. It’s a no-frills operation and that’s by design.

Anyway, overall Oti’ is nice and it is optimized for one thing and one thing only — quality pizza, made quickly, in large quantities, for busy Sydneysiders. If that’s the mission, it more than succeeds.

Now I’ve got to be honest, my review here is limited since I’ve never had their sandwiches. But this is because I’m vegetarian and the ones available when I visited had meat. But if they’re anything like the Pizzas, they’re great.
At the time of this writing, slices were about $16.50 AUD, which is just moderately more than I’d hope. Although, given Sydney has no tips, unlike the States, I suppose you could call it a $13 slice with 20% built in. Given the quality, they’re worth it.

If you’re a tourist visiting Sydney and happen to be in the area, it’s a fine place to stop, but I wouldn’t make a special trip for it. If you work nearby or are craving pizza, definitely give it a go.
